At Valhalla I make the wines traditionally with a minimalist lo-fi approach.
Small batch, single vineyard, open and barrel fermenting, hand plunging, basket pressing and a little foot stomping where appropriate. I have the good fortune to work with some fantastic growers who gently tend the soil and vines in North East Victoria including the Beechworth, King Valley, Alpine Valleys & Rutherglen regions.
Our current range includes Riesling, Marsanne, Chardonnay, Rose, Pinot Noir, Tempranillo, Shiraz and Durif grown across our diverse wine region.
